• KnowBe4 Global Privacy ComplianceDepending on your location, you may have jurisdiction-specific privacy questions. This document is intended to address some frequently asked questions in regards to our compliance with certain jurisdictions in which we operate.

• Transparency ReportThis report is intended to provide transparency to our customers in the event we receive valid legal requests from government or law enforcement agencies for access to electronic information that customers submit into KnowBe4’s subscription services.

• Data Transfer Impact AssessmentThis document provides information to help KnowBe4 customers conduct data transfer impact assessments in connection with their use of KnowBe4 products. In particular, this document describes the legal regimes applicable to KnowBe4 in the US, the safeguards KnowBe4 puts in place in connection with transfers of customer personal data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland ("Europe"), and KnowBe4's ability to comply with its obligations as "data importer" under the Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs").

• ICO UK SCC AddendumThis Addendum applies to personal data that is subject to the UK GDPR (in addition to supplemental data protection laws enacted by the UK) and can be used as a transfer tool to comply with Article 46 of the UK GDPR when making restricted transfers. This addendum forms part of the KnowBe4 Global Data Processing Agreement or other such agreement between you and KnowBe4 governing the processing of customer data.

• Partner Portal Terms of UseThese terms govern your access and use of our Partner Portal.

As a company with global operations, we need to ensure compliance with applicable trade compliance laws whether directly or through third parties, such as our partners. These terms form part of the Partner Agreement.

• Website Privacy NoticeThis notice goes over our data handling practices for the data we collect from our website, including the partner portal.

• Partner Code of ConductWe are committed to carrying out our business in a compliant and ethical manner. We expect the same from our partners. These terms will form part of your partner agreements with us. All partners are expected to carry out their business in compliance with this Code of Conduct.

• Anti-Corruption PolicyThis Anti-Corruption Policy applies to all of our partners and forms part of the partner agreement. All partners are expected to carry out their business in accordance with this policy and all applicable laws.

• MSP Standards of EngagementThe MSP Standards of Engagement are applicable to all MSP partners and forms part of the Managed Service Provider Agreement between KnowBe4 and the Managed Service Provider.

• Reseller AgreementThis Reseller Agreement is applicable to channel partners designated as authorized resellers of KnowBe4's subscription services.

• Managed Service Provider AgreementThis Managed Service Provider Agreement is applicable to channel partners designated as authorized Managed Service Providers of KnowBe4's subscription services.
